Overview
Velora ("we", "us", "our") offers digital subscription plans that give you access to AI-generated football training, video analysis, match tracking, and recovery insights. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
For any refund question, contact us at support@playvelora.net. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and you are not satisfied with Velora, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
Applies to your first paid subscription only (monthly or annual).
The 14-day window starts on the date your first payment is successfully charged.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following:
The email address used on your Velora account.
The date of purchase and the amount charged.
A short note about why you'd like a refund (optional but helpful so we can improve).
Send your request to support@playvelora.net. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Subscription renewals
Velora subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime from the Billing screen inside the app, or by emailing support@playvelora.net.
After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period — you are not refunded for the remaining days of that period.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review every case individually. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend to use, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to help.

What is not refundable
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
Subscription periods that have already been fully used (e.g. you completed multiple weekly plans, uploaded videos for analysis, or used the match-tracking features extensively).
Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (for example: abuse, fraud, sharing accounts, or attempting to exploit our AI services).
Promotional, discounted, or free-trial periods that did not involve a payment.

Failed or duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you do not recognize on your bank statement, contact us immediately at support@playvelora.net with the charge date, amount, and last 4 digits of the card. We will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charge in full.

EU / UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer law.
By starting to use Velora's premium features during the 14-day window, you acknowledge that the service is provided immediately and that your right to withdraw may end when the service has been fully performed. We honor good-faith refund requests regardless, as described in Section 2.

Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. In almost all cases we can resolve billing issues directly and faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your Velora account being suspended pending resolution.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to keep it aligned with our subscription products and the platforms we use for payments (such as Stripe and Lemon Squeezy). Any material change will be announced in the app and the "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated.
