Velora is a mobile application that gives football players AI-generated weekly training plans, video-based skill analysis, match performance tracking, recovery check-ins, and community features. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use Velora.

You retain ownership of everything you upload to Velora — videos, training notes, match logs, photos, comments, and any other content ("Your Content").

By uploading content, you grant Velora a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and analyze it so we can deliver the service to you. This license is solely for running the app — we don't use Your Content to advertise, train AI models for third parties, or share with anyone outside the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Velora is a training-content app. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or licensed coach. The plans, drills, recovery suggestions, and analyses are recommendations only and may not be suitable for everyone.

Velora uses third-party AI models (e.g. GPT, Gemini, and other models) to generate plans, drill suggestions, and video feedback. AI output can be incorrect, outdated, or imperfect. Use your judgment and a qualified coach for decisions that significantly affect your career or health.

We continuously improve quality but cannot guarantee that any specific plan will produce specific results.

We aim for high reliability but cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security incidents, and we'll do our best to give notice for planned downtime.

We may add, change, or remove features as Velora evolves. If we remove a feature you depend on, we'll communicate clearly and honor active paid subscriptions through the end of their current billing period.

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@playvelora.net.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk — typically after a warning, but immediately in serious cases (e.g. fraud, harassment, illegal content). On termination, the rights you grant us to use Your Content end (except where retention is required for legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy).

Velora, including the app, brand, design, logos, drill library, UI, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity.

Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, in which case the above limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as Velora grows. For material changes we'll notify you in the app and, if you have an account, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Velora after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velora is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you the right to sue locally.
